What Does this follicular Study Result Mean?

Hello,
I am on CD15 and went for follicular monitoring.I had one 17 x15 mm follicle on my right ovary and had 10 mm endometrium thickness. My doctor told me to take hucog 5000 iu today and come for iui tomorrrow. As hucog 5000 iu was not available , I took 2 2000 iu of hcog and got injection from opd department. Will the chances of follicle release be same with 4000 iu and 5000 iu?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The follicle mentioned in the report on the right ovary are with in limits - the normal limit is any where above 13mm will be enough / lower limit.
2.In your case 17x15mm will be good enough, the endometrial thickness is well within limits likely proliferative phase.
3.The dosage can be good enough with the 4000 and monitor the follicle.
4.Once the follicle is ruptures and there is free fluid with in the POD.
5.At that time the procedure is recommended according to the planning, in normal case intercourse is recommended.

Good luck.
